First we take the underground to Embankment and at the exit there is is a pedestrian bridge that will allow us to see spectacular landscape with the river Thames in the foreground which is behind the city and its impressive buildings ...
Then we'll walk on the docks (remembering our Parisienne one) where we can see London Eye and the 135 m high.
Then we arrive at Big Ben, the clock tower of the Palace of Westminster, seat of the British parliament (House of parliament). The building faces the Thames, between Westminster Bridge and Westminster Abbey . To take the best photos of Big Ben and the palace, the best is to walk to the middle of Westminster Bridge.
Then we head to St. James Park in front of Westminster Abbey (which I do not find exceptional ...). Once you arrive at St James's Park, we can see all kinds of birds ect ... In my opinion, it's really the perfect place to stroll or to chat on the grass lengthens.
While walking next to the park, we arrive in a street where we can see the Buckingham palace at it end. This is the official London residence of the British monarchy. The palace is both the place where the events in connection with the royal family, the fall of many heads of state visit, and a major tourist attraction.
Then we arrive at Piccadilly Circus and its huge screens advertising. Picadilly is a road junction and a pedestrian in London, at the intersection of four major arteries in the West End: Piccadilly, Shaftesbury Avenue, the Haymarket and Regent Street. Instead, was considered the center of the British Empire, is today one of the nerve centers of London. It is also surrounded by many attractions, including a fountain erected in 1893 in memory of Lord Shaftesbury and dominated by an Angel of Christian Charity and the Criterion Theater, the London Pavilion and several famous stores.
After a little refreshment at Starbucks or Costa, a passage through China Town is required.
Early this year, lanterns were hung all over our heads to celebrate the Chinese New Year!
Then we head to Oxford Street through Soho, the neighborhood center londonnien where getting party!. You can see two or three models in the open shooting with a little luck.
Then we are at the beginning of Oxford Street, this shopping street with 300 stores, making it the longest shopping avenue in the world!
After two-three purchases, we take the underground to Camden Town ...
Just after the exit of the underground, 3, 4 Punks urge you to go get tattooed or Percier ...
Indeed, Camden Town is the eccentric neighborhood of London where you can see a lot of punks, Gothic ect ... Then at the end of this street, the Camden lock, a market with stalls full of jewelry, sunglasses ect ... but also an enormous concentration of food stalls of all kinds (Chinese, Indian, Italian, ect ...) This area is truly amazing and completely different than area you can see in France
The day is finished soon .. we will just walk in Trafalgar Square and visit the National Gallery which is home to over 2300 paintings in British public. This museum is free, something very rare in France!
Finally, let's enjoy a Fich & Chips before going to Leicester Square in a pub or bar and let us bear by the madness of Londoniennes nights...
