Le metro Londonnien , c'est quoi?
- C'est 13 lignes (dont une hors service au moment ou j'ecris cet article: la East London)
- C'est un reseau en perpetuel evolution. En effet, de nouvelles stations sont crees tous les ans.
- Est communement appele Underground ou tube
- Est le plus vieux metro du monde. La premiere ligne (La metropolitain) fut inauguree en 1863.
- Ferme a minuit et demi et ouvre a cinq heure et demi du Lundi au Samedi. Les horaires du Dimanche sont 23h30-7h30.
- dessert plus de 300 stations et s'etend sur plus de 400 km.
-traverse les 9 zones de Londres (Londres est decoupe en 9 zones circulaires autour de l'hypercentre londonnien)
Les lignes avec le plus grand nombre d'utilisateurs sont :
1) La Northern line( en noir)
2)La central line (en rouge)
3) La picadilly line (en bleue fonce)
Ce sont les lignes qui conduisent a l'hypercentre Londonnien.
L' "Underground" est complete par l' "Overground" que l'on peut comparer au RER Parisien.
C'est d'ailleurs grace a l' "Overground" que je rejoins facilement Londres.
Selon les heures, le metro Londonnien peut etre bonde, j'en ai d'ailleurs fait la mauvaise experience...
En effet, pour me rendre au salon dont j'ai parle dans mon precedent article, j'ai du prendre le metro a huit heures soit en pleine heure de pointe..J'ai pris la Victoria line en zone deux pensant peut etre avoir la chance d'avoir une place assise pour l'heure de metro que j'avais a faire pour rejoindre earls court...Bien evidemment, pas de place assise mais surtout un monde fou...Deux minutes apres avoir quitte la station le metro s'est arrete pour cause de probleme technique...Nous sommes restes bloques une heure dans le tunnel. Il faisait une chaleur terrible et etant un peu claustrophobe, j'ai fini par m'evanouir..
Je pense que les Londonniens doivent etre habitues a ce genre de scene car seulement deux personnes ont reagi! Aujourd'hui je rigole de cette petite aventure mais j'avoue que sur le moment je ne riais pas trop...

This is thanks at the "Overground" I joined London easily.
By hours, the metro can be londonnien full, I also made the bad experience of this...
Indeed, to go to the show which I spoke in my previous article, I took the tube at eight in rush hour .. I took the Victoria line in zone two i thought that i could be lucky and have a seat for the time I had a metro to get to earls court ... Of course, no seating but a lot of people ... Two minutes after leaving the station , the tube has stopped due to technical problem ... We are stuck for one hour in the tunnel. It was a terrible heat and being a bit claustrophobic, I eventually faint ..
I think londonnien must be accustomed to this kind of scene, as only two people have responded! Today, I chuckle to this little adventure but I admit that at the time I didn't laught ...
